PAYMENT?
I prefer to use Stripe Invoicing for payments. The invoice will be emailed and can be paid using any credit/debit card. You do not need to create a Stripe account.If you prefer to use PayPal arrangements can be made for an additional 10% to cover PayPal's crazy fees.I work with clients all over the world, so if you would like your quote in your local currency just let me know where you're from!

HOW DO I BRIEF?
I'm very flexible on the amount of description required. I've had anything from one-line descriptions, to 50 page documents, and everything in between. Its really up to whether you have a specific idea in mind, or would like to give me creative freedom.If you're struggling to create a brief or need guidance, I have questionnaires prepared to help you.Mood boards and reference images are always highly appreciated!

TURNAROUND TIME?
Most projects are completed between 3 and 14 days. This varies depending on my workload, and the size of the project.You will generally receive a concept for approval within 48 hours from the time of deposit. I will give you an estimation of turnaround time when you place an order.If you have a very tight deadline I do offer a rush fee.

REVISIONS?
I put a lot of care and attention to detail in following the description provided, so I don't get many requests for changes. In the event that I do, I'm happy to make changes as long as they are reasonable and limited to 3 rounds of revisions.If you require more changes after the 3 rounds there may be an additional charge.If your project needs multiple or unlimited revisions I’m happy to offer you an hourly rate.
